May 2024 - What's Going on with My Lawn?

Professional Lawn Care Livingston County, Livingston County Professional Lawn Care

What's going on with my lawn?

Late spring early summer:

Right now, we are seeing heavy grass growth. So, try to mow it often every 4 days or so. This will keep your lawn looking great. If not, try and make sure clippings are spread out or removed. This will reduce thatch that insects love to live in.

We are seeing a large number of ticks.

With the warm weather we are getting and more to come with June right around the corner. We're anticipating fungal issues to arise as well as sod webworms. These are the little moths that fly around when you walk on it or mow.

Also, crabgrass will start emerging in the next few weeks.

If you need any of the following additional services please contact us.

  • Flea and Tick Treatment
  • Fungicide Treatment

Have a great day!
